Forty One Years

Forty One Years without consuming alcohol, forty one years without using drugs, forty one years without smoking. Some may say I'm missing out, I say I'll never grow up.

Twenty Three of these years have also been vegan.

Growing without Growing Up

I made it to 40 without drinking alcohol, without consuming drugs, without smoking, and I'm not missing a thing. Over half of my life has been free from animal products and I feel fine.

Not too many people can say these things and I owe it to the things I was drawn to as a kid. Hard Core, BMX, Cars, Building. These are the reasons I'm healthy and happy and haven't had to turn to drugs or alcohol to prevent my mind from being bored.
I've seen a lot change, but what I held close is still the same in my mind and heart.
Thanks to Steve and Mark for being two of the best friends anyone could have. I'm still the kid I always was.
