A while back I got to hang out with Greg and Stephen of SUNN O))). Well the new album pre-release vinyl is in hand and in ears. It is amazing, a great progression for this genre. Go get it May 26th.

Touring bike in NYC?

At first I was hesitant to ride a bike with such girth around the city, now it is the only bike I want to ride. I do have to stop and dodge cars who stop close to each other.
I will be at the Veggie Pride Parade Sunday the 17th of May. So come out and show some support for fellow vegans!

Season ends, Season begins

Polar Bear Season came to an end a few weeks ago, but Tom, Eli, and myself decided to meet at the NY Aquarium Education hall for a spin around the beaches.

Mr. Cranky shows Compassion

A huge thank you to Matt Coplon and Profile Racing for helping with the Exercise Compassion bike. Both the snow bike and the touring bike will have Profile cranks and the snow bike will be rolling and stopping smoothly with Profile hubs.
Matt has been a long time friend and was happy to help out with this project.

Walk For Chuck

I'll be riding with Todd and others who are WALKING from Washington DC to Watkins Glen the last week of July.
